GRABER CRYSTALPLEAT® CELLULAR SHADES

FABRIC:  Graber CrystalPleat® Cellular Shades feature unique double and single cell fabric construction providing hidden cords for greater privacy, superior pleat retention and light control. Available in 3 fabric sizes, 3/8” Double Cell, 3/8” Single Cell and ¾” Single Cell.  Most fabrics feature a neutral white on the exterior side for a consistent street side appearance. Graber Crystalpleat® provides excellent energy-efficiency and acoustical properties. 

HEADRAIL:  For 3/8: double cell and 3/8” single cell headrail measures 0.665” high by 1.540” deep.  Extruded aluminum headrail with a wall thickness of 0.045”.  Headrail painted to coordinate with fabric color.  For ¾” single cell the headrail measures 0.812” high by 2” wide.  Extruded aluminum headrail with a wall thickness of 0.045”.  Headrail painted to coordinate with fabric color.

CONTINOUS CORD CONTROL:  Recommended for larger heavier shades.  Available in place of standard lift cord.  Headrail provided with Continuous Cord Loop option is extruded aluminum with painted finish coordinating with fabric color, measuring 1 7/16 high by 2” deep.  Continuous Cord Loop will be equipped with a cord tension device to anchor to the wall or window jamb.  Minimum width 18” exact.

CORDLESS CONTROL:  Provides cordless lift and lowering function by utilizing a special aluminum headrail system measuring 1 7/16” high by 2” deep with an internal cord lifting system consisting of a traversing tube and belt driven spring motor(s) for smooth and quiet operation.  Clear acrylic handles attached to the bottomrail are used to raise and lower shade.  Shades less than 48” will have one handle. Shades over 48” will have two handles.

BOTTOMRAIL:  Measures 0.36” high by 1.540” deep extruded aluminum with a wall thickness of 0.045”.  Bottomrail painted to coordinate with fabric color.

CORD LOCK:  Injection molded thermoplastic, incorporating a free-floating serrated metal cord locking roller.

INSTALLATION BRACKETS:  Low profile, hidden snap-in design made of 0.025” zinc plated spring steel. 

SIZE LIMITATIONS:  Maximum headrail width is 192” (2 or 3 shades on 1 headrail).  Maximum drop is 144”.
