ePic Activation Notice
Dear Valued Customer:
Our Andrew Dutton web site has become active and customers, once they have registered and been approved, can sign on to the site to place orders, get product information, and have access to their individual accounts to pay bills, get order delivery information, and to receive price quotes.
We will be using the ePIC Dealer Resource Center which many dealers are already familiar with through other vendors.
In order to be able to use ePIC, fast Internet service is necessary: DSL, Cable, T1 or T3. It is not designed for dial-up service. Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP is also required.
In order to register for ePIC Dealer access you will need to print the “Internet Access Application” for existing dealer from our web site www.andrewdutton.com , fill out the account name and number fields as well as the email address and have an “authorized person” (Owner, Company Officer, etc.) sign the application and mail or fax it to us. When we receive it and validate it we will set up your ePIC account and email your password (you can change it,) along with basic system requirements, and instructions to use the Dealer Resource Center.
Please be aware that the “Master” log-in provided with your activation and start up password will give you access to all areas including account balances and pricing. You can set up additional log-ins with limited access to some areas if you wish (for employees, for instance) once your account is activated.
